I am looking forward to this game so much. I still have Game Informer issue 179 from 2008 that announced it. Right next to my Aliens/Predator comics.

I've got it awaiting unlock on Steam. So will be giving it a go tomorrow. First big game I've got that isn't on 360. But that means multiplayer won't be on a time limit like with Xbox gold running out.

Not sure what to expect from this, just hope it's enjoyable.

I really really really hope this game doesn't suck. After floating around the internet the last few days and getting as many spoiler-free leaks/info I can, my optimism for this game has dived a bit.

Mine too, but I keep hearing if you're a fan, you'll be in heaven. Heard this a couple times, fan: 9/10 average gamer: 6-7/10

Thats more than good enough for me, after the dud that was AvP. I mean I actually got down and enjoyed that crap, but I knew it was crap. So this has to better than that.

I'm not a graphics whore that much so that wont bug me too much, Colonial Marines doesn't look -that- bad.

But what I'm hearing is that the enemy AI is pretty horrible, there's a lot of annoying graphical issues like screen tearing, the campaign is boring, the aliens move pretty slow apparently, and the whole game feels like a reskinned Call of Duty.

Eh... I dunno, I might go pick up Dead Space instead.

Might not be the best game ever, but it looks to be the best Aliens game ever, imo. Besides Infestation that is.
