    If you just want to give people stuff, hit the Steam Gift thread. If you're giving them away as part of a contest, make a thread in that section. Either way, make an intro post in the Meet & Greet forum so people can get to know you!

    If it is Dota 2, then you're not going to be in luck.

    Another avenue of charity is the Streamtoiders, they give away stuff during shows sometimes and would gladly accept things to give away.

    As someone who gives away stuff ALL the damn time, listen to Mxy. also cblogs up top can be used for it. But seriously if it's DOTA 2, then just don't. Just don't.

    There is some bot account on Steam dedicated to redistribution of Dota 2, would likely be the way to go about doing that.

    And Phil, the c-blogs are down below. This is the top floor (which is still the basement because it is an underground complex).
