    Secret Moon Base - questions, comments, concerns, criticisms, etc

    Occam, knutaf and I have been recording the Secret Moon Base videogame podcast for over a year now but it only recently occurred to me that we have been neglecting all the "better people" down here. So, not sure if you guys are aware of the show or have listened to any episodes but I figured I'd start a thread to collect all the hate mail and who-the-fuck-are-you's.

    The first name we came up with was "Just Us Guys" but after giving it a little more thought, we were worried that would send the wrong message. Plus, "the JUG cast" just doesn't sound cool.

    Yes, we have! There's an episode called "Ballskin Monster" that we recorded right around Halloween last year that was all about horror games. Nihil was our guest, which was badass.

    Personally, my favorite game of all time is RE4. Dead Space 1 & 2 are fantastic as well so I guess you could say I usually lean more toward action/horror than true horror. I'm not even sure I could nail down the worst horror game I've ever played; there are a lot of bad ones.

    EDIT: the RE6 demo was one of the worst things I've ever experienced in all my years of gaming.

    I liked the cell phone punk thing.

    Also, I think the GOG release of System Shock 2 does come with a few of the graphical mods pre-installed, though there's a few more you can get. Wish I'd asked a question about that now
