Your dream game - Pitch it

A game where you get to play as some badass Dwarf, and the main point of the game is killing a shit ton of Elves, backed by a great story that gives you extra motivation to slaughter the pointy eared tallfolk.
Yeah, that would be the greatest fantasy game ever made.

You can be a dwarf in the first Dragon Age, and there are opportunities to kill elves. Not on the scale you'd like, but it's an option.

That was my first thought but you can't be anywhere near as awesome in Dragon Age: Origins as you can in at least three Elder Scrolls games.

I don't have any ideas that I'd call my dream game. Nothing I can think of is better than the games that already exist.

A 3ds port of Dragon Quest 8 is honestly the best I can think of.

That's Badstar's idea. I really need to talk to him and find out what all he might have in mind, because making designs for characters is pretty much right up my alley.

And most people who scribble's alley as well, but yeah.

After a few months of failing to land a game industry job, I'm planning on buckling down and grinding out some smaller game projects over the next 6-8 months to build up my portfolio and learn some new stuff. I'd be more than happy to throw some ideas around with you anytime you'd like. I'm open to do basically anything as long as it's relatively small in scope.

But yeah, that Victor dude just HAS to be in a game.

They basically had the same idea, but slightly different. In my idea, the player wouldn't be directly opposed to any one person, save for the people who are trying to kill them, like an exterminator or something. Plus, I would have wanted to keep the amount of fellow Borrowers small, unlike the 200+ gnome idea that one dude had. Other than that, yeah, sounds about right.

For those that suggested Dragon Age Origins and Skyrim (Or Elder Scrolls in general), I've already 100%'d those games. Plus I would love something more geared towards Dwarves Vs. Elves.
