O&S and Capra were both hyped up as these impossible bosses and Ibeat each on my second try.

I just got to Nito for the first time yesterday. N ot sure how I'm supposed to avoid his minions abd his phantom spike at the same time. I have the timing right for the scream, but my hands were too full with all of the skeletons to dodge in time.

I'll go ahead and fully kindle that bonfire next time, but I doubt that will be enough. Maybe use combustion on the lessers and see how that goes.

Never had any trouble with him either. Just bring a divine weapon with you.

I summoned my Dark Souls expert friend to kill them while I stood in a corner eating crisps.

I've beaten most of the games bosses this way.

I really suck at this game.

I suffered through a relentless beating at the hands of Man-eater.

    First he took my life.

    Then my hope.

    Then my sanity.

    Then my weakness.

In the end I killed the motherfucker and haven't complained about a boss since. Replaying Demon's Souls, he went down in no time, so I guess he wasn't that hard at all. You just need to toughen up.

You's a pussy, is what I'm saying. Go die. A lot.

(Truth be told, he killed me, like, 6 times in a row. There was a lot of rage and shouting at the TV. Good times.)

I did beat Demon's Souls by myself, mostly. Think the only time I summoned another player was for the first boss in the Shrine of Storms or whatever its called, the fat thing with the big tongue.

The Adjudicator, I think he was called. I thought he was one of the easier bosses, once you notice that weak point.

That swamp monster thing, though...oh man. It's a miracle my TV is still intact.

More truths against the "demon's souls is a better game" lie.

Demon's from a PVP perspective at this juncture is not a better game.

It was a mess, I got 99 Grasses to eat so an Invader don't want none. NOW LISTEN DARK SOULS WHEN IT WORKS IS THE BEST GMAE BUT THE FUCKIN GAME LAGS SO BAD SOMETIMES I CNA'T TAKE IT.

    I couldn't put DeS down

I have had DaS for over a year and still haven't beat it

that being said, I played through DeS when I only had it and SSFIV, whereas DaS was the first game I bought after getting a new PS3; the first out of over 100 games.

    Both are fucking awesome

Define "beating" though. I put in over 400 or so hours across a few characters before I actually got around to getting anywhere near the end boss in Dark Souls. I'd say in that case it's more of a positive thing when you haven't beaten a game yet. There's enough content to keep you playing without making you feel like you need to "finish it".
