A few random thoughts on Sheriff.

Used usually makes a good Sheriff, but I've kind of never been fond of people who nominate themselves. It'd be a dumb wolf to nominate themselves first, but he's smart enough to know people will think that, and has made some damn gutsy plays in the past.

Similar with Dexter, I feel the two of them are Sheriff a lot.

ZP is all Gutsy McGusto...I don't think he even NEEDS the Sheriff power. He has an inate Seer ability sometimes.

If I recall correctly, this isn't like the normal Sheriff where they can arrest someone for a night, right? I think the role essentially just acts as a tie-breaker when necessary.

Just checked, and yeah, that's what it is:

The Sheriff: During the day phase, the village may decide to appoint one of the players as a Sheriff. The Sheriff role stacks with the appointed player's primary role and gives them the advantage of their lynching vote carrying twice the weight. In other words, during the vote to lynch, the Sheriff's vote counts twice. In the event of a tie during lynching, the mob rules in favour of whichever side the Sheriff supported. If the Sheriff dies, that player must immediately deputise another player who then takes up the mantle of Sheriff. And when that Sheriff dies, the badge is passed on again, and so on.

I'll wait till I hear from a few others before making a decision on Sheriff.

Yeah, they just get two votes. Can be a game changer, and if given to a wolf could give them the ability to save the other(s) if they exist.

I should be Sheriff because I've seen Tombstone more than any of you and Kilmer's Doc Holiday was my hero.

I should be sheriff for the following reasons:

1) I have literally never even applied to be the sheriff, so you lose or gain no suspicion on me

2) my role means it doesn't matter if I'm killed off

3) I can supply my own hat

I agree that wasting time without lynching seems pointless. Let's just get the ball rolling.

Lynch Clown, no real reason aside from wanting to waste as little time as possible. If anyone has a better idea, I'm all for it.

Also, as far as the initial Marco death, he has been extremely talkative in the last main game, and from my experience the loud ones don't get lynched.
