So I once again have failed to find a cricket bat for sale anywhere in the US but even if I found one I couldn't afford it.

I might just carry a pool cue around with me, or just forego the prop and hope the basic setup is enough for people to "get" it.

I'd say that the outfit is recognizable enough that you could pull it off without an accessory.

My attempt at being Gene Kelly from Singin' in the Rain.

I tried to go for the suit and hat, but fedoras look awful on me and the suit jacket I just bought didn't look as well as I thought it did. Too baggy around the chest but fine in the shoulders. I settled for a sweater vest.

Going to a Halloween party with a bunch of people from work tomorrow. Just need to go out and find something for the name tag and I'm set.

Neat, you should add some make-up to your face to make it look all fucked up.

I'll post some pics later, but Shaun of the Dead costume = success. No props.

I got jumped a few weeks ago and have a new fresh scar on my face, so I'm good there. All natural baby.

I had a really nice Luigi costume that I wore to a party this past Saturday, but the forums don't seem to want me to upload a picture for some reason. I managed to post the pic on the front page costume contest though.
