I haven't been to a PAX since Prime 2010, so it's about time I go to one again. I'm hoping to do a 4-person room share (so we can both save money and get a nicer hotel closer to the venue). Looking so far, hotels a mile or less away can cost between $150-200 a person total for a Thursday check-in and Sunday check-out. I'm willing to help organize one, as long as people are committed, or join in on another person's group.

Indeed. This year's PAX East was on Easter weekend, which, while probably making it harder to book hotel rooms, didn't force people to take too many days off work/school (or, perhaps, none at all).
