It's the perfect accessory for my soul.

Seriously, though, it's comfy as fuck. I think it has a 30 year warranty or some shit, too.

You're no longer fun. Rep HARVARD more to maintain your novelty.

I'm not normally one for NBs--I think they look like toddler shoes--but these are sweeeeet.

White shoes get dirty so easily though. I actually knew someone who would scrub their shoes with a tooth brush every other night or so, and they stayed bright for quite awhile.

I don't like any type of white shoe, unless a pump or something.

I don't even get why white shoes are so popular. They look awful so fast. Who has the time to clean their shoes?

Beat-up white shoes are sick. I've got a pair of used AF1s arriving for that very reason.

As would I. I love acid wash shit. I don't think many people in the UK would see it as controversial, either.

I got back in to /fa/ mode today to search out a winter coat. I've decided that I want a parka, and have narrowed it down to a few.

I think I'm going to go with the last one. They also have a boutique in the city I'm moving back to this weekend. Pretty good timing.

But I kinda wanna wait for Cheap Monday's AW14 collection, as they normally have some really solid parkas that sell like hot cakes.

I'm also deciding how to get my hair cut. Or really, what to do with my fringe. Torn between cutting it short again and letting it grow out more. It's currently about 4 inches.

    That's my Fashion-Toid update.

I like the first one, myself. Never had a need for fur trim here.

    We're not all manlets, gatsbae.

But I am going to try it on, so we'll see how it fits. The Cheap Monday ones are usually a fair bit shorter, too.

But, yeah, I can understand that. Are winters not a thing wherever you are? They sure are here.

Winter is rain. Even then, it's usually relatively warm until mid December. It'll get windy pretty often, but it only merits a jacket half of the time. The other half of the time it's Santa Ana winds, which are dry, dusty, hot, and love spreading wildfires.

I'd go first one too, although I could see how the fur might keep your head a little warmer. Never was a fan of the fur-hood, doe.

2 is the best. I'll be getting something similar.

I have a coat like that minus the fur collar and last winter sometimes I still needed to layer a hoodie and another jacket under that. With how cold fall is already getting, seems like we're in for another good one.

2 is really nice, but I'm not keen on the green and white lining and detailing. Hoping Cheap Mondays will be similar. I'll have another look tomorrow.

Winter in Detroit sounds like shit.

Yeah, the green lining is kind of weak, but it's not like you're going to be rocking it zipper down like the complete tool in the photo.

I'd go for option 3 after that simply because it looks the warmest. We've had this discussion before, but it's hard to look /fa/ when you're shivering like a little bitch.

And yeah, winters in Detroit are about as bad as it gets in the US. Doesn't help that last winter was was the coldest winter with the most snowfall in over a hundred years.

    GLARBAL WAMMIN

I think winter is going to be super bad this year as well with that whole polar front thing. Temps are already around 42F at night around these parts.

I want to buy a new hat similar to the style below, as they combine the best aspects of most winter hats (bill, earflaps, etc.) without being those super bulky weird Russian knock-offs. I have a red plaid one, but something like this or a burnt orange would be sick.
