Nope.
Double Nope.
You didn't even say it with cats, that's how no this is.

Pana really should have known better than to get excited for a videogame that he's looking forward to playing when it comes out.
For shame, Pana. For shame.
Jeez you don't need to spell out the facts like that.
It wasn't a criticism of you or your action in starting the thread anyway.

That ball will be more fun than Battlefield 4. You heard it here first.
Yeah, I love balls.
Dan Amrich wrote an interesting article in the last OXM called 'Hate At First Sight', but I can't find it online.

C'mon Pana.
I wonder when he's going to figure out we're fucking with him
Just needs salt!
DICE's coding has always been pretty terrible, imagine them trying to do a more frequent franchise release.
No.
It's an insult to all the fools who have bought into less than a year and a half of DLC and premium wankery, but obviously surprises nobody.
There's good reasons to groan just at the sound of Battlefield 4 being announced. Battlefield 3 was a commercial failure as far as EA are concerned. They don't realise that if you treat your customers like dirt and constantly pull outrageous shit all the time that they won't pay money. Their direction over the past year with Origin, SWTOR, Battlefield 3 and Mass Effect 3 shows that EA have been making all the wrong decisions and they have no clue why. I like SWTOR and Mass Effect 3 (I really do) but both had shitty releases and were pushed out of production way too early. SWTOR only just has the functionality that it was promised to have at the start but with a dying population and Bioware had to remake the ending for Mass Effect 3. It's even worse when the rushing was so blatant that EA don't really try to make any excuses. Both were rushed out to get that release date.
The only news I heard about Battlefield 3 after release was an array of DLC content and stories about the servers and what EA have had to do after people quickly left the game. If you had fun then that's great but there will be a point where EA makes enough bad decisions for you to dislike them.
I've read articles too but they're on gamesindustry.biz and everything from EA is just shows how they keep making awful mistakes, alienate their customers or just don't even know what they're doing. The whole situation with EA's views on sales clearly shows that the right hand of EA has no idea what the left idea is doing.
TL;DR fuck you there's plenty of reasons to predict Battlefield 4 being terrible. Stop reading OXM.
