Hello site of Destructoid! My name is Ronan. I am 15 years old and live in Washington (not D.C.). I'm not sure how everybody on the site feels about younger people on the forums. Should I be afraid? Let's find out.

I have been playing games for as long as I can remember. My family got me and to them and I've never been able to quit. However, it is hard for me to label a favorite genre or a favorite game in particular. I play a lot of platformers, rpgs, and action/adventure games. Not a fan of first person shooters (aside from Halo).
Some of the best games of all time (in my opinion) include:

LoZ: Skyward Sword
Shadow of the Colossus
Brutal Legend
Jak and Daxter series (minus #2)
Pokemon Soulsilver

I wanted to join Destructoid because I've always wanted to be more involved with an online gaming community and I hoped this would be a good start!

Makes me feel old and I'm only 28. Mind you, I started to feel old when the majority of staff at my company were at least 5 years or younger than me. This feeling shall only accelerate from this point onwards.

Welcome! nice intro. I am ashamed to say I have never played any of your favorite games. I mean I have played pokemon (red and blue ftw!) but not soul silver, though I've been wanting to buy that one.
