I was not expecting that.

I really don't know how to change the size of embedded videos. I put mine on widescreen years ago and I think they might have changed the options since then. Also, this:

LOL amazing! I've got a different version of that video somewhere. Not sure if it's as good as that.
Is the hero this Forum deserves
The first one. I'm looking for it, and in a related video, someone pointed out that Ricky didn't lock his door. Sick bastard.
Have we had much Lovecraft in here? I'm in a Lovecraft/fucked-up monster mood:

I find the design of most "Lovecraftian" mosters quite silly actually.
You are so contrary![]()
Lovecraft's monsters do look pretty silly when you're given a visual representation of what the author was trying to convey. He was attempting to describe the indescribable through text. When you interpret it literally and draw a picture from said description of the indescribable, you just have something that looks like a squid.
Also, everything Dean Stockwell ever did was awesome. Haven't seen this but would love to. Looks like it might be even better than The Satanic Rites of Dracula, which is one of my long time favorites.
...and then I stumbled across this in the related videos;
Children of the Damned, 1963, complete film, enjoy![]()
I need to watch that at some point, love the story but kind of gone off the Carpenter remake in recent years.
All those lovecraft images have me automatically crossing my legs for some reason =/
Not sure why, Lovecraft monsters have always given me more of a twisted science vibe than a body horror one.
Some more random Lovecraft monster stuff:

I think these next ones are a bit more nightmarish:

I like the one that kinda looks like an elephant. But yeah, they're all pretty amazing.
My favorite is still that huge thing from the end of The Mist. That was so awesome.

I was just reminded they remade The Thing in 2011. Anyone see that?
Yeah it wasn't the worst thing ever, but it wasn't astonishing either. Carpenter is still superior. Check it out though.

Right on. I'll check it out next time I get the chance then.
