Can I have lasers on a pew pew horse?
Horses already pew pew...ever stand near one? They fuckin reek!
They're playing ads for shit right now in this Lakers/Nuggets game. They implied anon is a global threat in one of them.
Can't wait to see their "Fuck you" response.

"I don't worry about a guy who wants to hack a plane. I worry about the guy who wants to hack all the planes."
What the fuck is this, a LOLcats image macro?
I still can't see any correlation between this and the 1st Blops' plot. Why even bother calling it Blops 2?
Also:
"The future is black"
better not tell that to usedtabe.![]()
Just saw a reveal trailer in between this playoff game.
The old guy is obviously Franks Woods. Who at the end of BlOps1 was a POW in Hanoi.
Or maybe they just hired the same VA, and the information in the in-game intel was false in order to lure in Mason there to kill him.
EDIT: Ahhh just watched the embedded youtube clip, it is frank woods.
Also, the game uses copious amounts of grey, everywhere.
They left the opportunity to bring back him or keep him dead. The last collectible intels in BlOps are about mason, woods, and weaver after the events in the 1st game. Woods was apparently a POW in Hanoi, though you could make the arguement this info was falsified to get Mason to go after him, only to find a death trap waiting(C.I.A. in the intel reports feared Mason's mental problems and wanted him dead).
Perfect way for treyarch to have their cake and eat it too. Perfect for usual videogame narrative anyway.

It's all very Ubisoft for me, and the "human endeavor vs technology" plot was said and done in two levels of Modern Warfare 2. I don't need an entire game telling me the same thing.

I always enjoy the campaigns in CoD games, but it isn't because of the plot. It's because they create likable characters (Soap, Price, Reznov) and put them in action movie scenarios that I get to (partially) control. Infinity Ward is infinitely (hehe) better at it than Treyarch in my opinion, but WaW and BlOps were both fun enough, and I'm sure this one will be as well. Lame story notwithstanding.
EDIT: Really don't understand all the gushing over the graphics in the previews. Looks like the exact same game they've been releasing since 2005 (with a few added bells and whistles) to me.
Yeah, looks pretty meh. Shooting stuff in the future with future stuff isn't really that exciting.
I liked the video on the front page with the news and story line but this "gameplay" video took my interests in the opposite direction.
wow I sure can't wait to get a second version of the same game
In all fairness Treyarch is the one that innovates, while Infinity Ward takes what they did and changes it back to the stuff they liked about their last game better.
