Question to Byron: Will you tell us if the Lovers die like in previous games?

Otherwise it could have been the Witch, maybe we have one wolf (despite the plural 'wolves' in the fluff) and to balance that and speed things along he can strike twice? It could also be some sort of special ability the Wolves have to strike twice once or something.

I don't want to be too overt in the fluff but I will confirm the Wolves can target only one person per night.

How do you figure? I mean, I know one way you could figure, and if that's the case and we share our information, we can win this.

Actually I'll just come out and say it. If you're correct, then ClownBaby is a Werewolf. And the only way I think you could know that is if you were the Seer and you looked at either Bizarro or FromTheRiver already and found your target to be Human. And if THAT'S the case, the other one is our second Werewolf.

Out of the three of you, today we are going to have a good long chat about who can prove they're not a wolf and then maybe kill one of you.

A bit early to expose myself, but this is a short game and I feel like going out on a wing. Plus I am chuffed to have found a wolf on the first night.

ZP was killed by the Witch.

Flustered by the event, one of the night owls concocted what was to be a vaccine for the oncoming slaughter. In the last precious moments before sunrise, he wrapped himself in a thick black cowl and dashed out from his house and into the streets, heading for the door of one person in particular.

The witch is told who the wolves are attacking each night after they've made their decision right? There's the "last precious moments". The killing poison is a vaccine in a really fucked up way, or perhaps the fluff is that the death is accidental.

Perhaps the witch thought ZP was a wolf.

If my theory that the Witch is also the reason there wasn't a death on the first night (it's either that or the wolves weren't allowed to), the Witch is very gung-ho in this game and doesn't want to die without having their powers used.

The vigilante takes somebody out when they're killed in this game, they don't just get to shoot somebody. They were my first thought for the death but I had to check back.

I expect this to be like one of those puzzles in Layton games where you need to work out who is lying by following through what they say and searching for contradictions. I hate those puzzles.

My theory that it is one of you three must be correct unless there is only one wolf.

Despite the fluff saying "wolves" (I wouldn't take that into consideration, if there were one I would change it to "Wolves" as DM to not give that away) I think there would almost need to be two with this few players.

Having a Seer and only one wolf would unbalance the game.

Well, there isn't much need for discussion, if you are to be believed, Tarvu. ClownBaby is the second Werewolf, if there is one.

I know because I'm the Witch, and they attacked usedtabe on the first night, but I saved him. He can confirm that he was attacked but saved, I believe. Remember when I told him "I hate you so much right now"? It was because I saved him on the first night and he said that he was always up for killing me.

And yes, I killed ZombiePlatypus. I'm guessing he was a vanilla Villager, because he took so much offense at me claiming to be one. It's a good thing I did kill him, because it allowed us to narrow it down now. Unless Tarvu's lying. But that can be checked pretty easily.

It's true you'll probably be targeted tonight, Tarvu, but I think you done good and we'll win this (assuming you are the Seer and you're telling the truth).

I'm the Witch. Protected myself on the first night being a frequent early target. Killed ZP believing him to be lying since he was being more vocal than usual but not as antagonistic. Also as revenge for murdering me when he was drunk that one time.

Dexter claimed immediately I see as well.

Anyways, Used was clearly lying about being Cupid. I don't think that was ever a consideration for being the truth.

Tarvu is PROBABLY dying tonight one way or the other.

I need to go read how the Sheriff works again but do they permanently gain the voting power or is it a one time thing?

I keep getting this weird rainbow gradient fill on Chrome and it seems to only happen on the forums. I refreshed and it erased my post...anyone else getting that?

I can't seem to find out what's causing it but it happens when I switch between tabs. Just found out it goes away if you scroll down long enough but this thread wasn't long enough at the time.

He can't do that. The Vigilante only kills when THEY get killed. By outing him you've basically made it so he'll never die.

With the Witch power gone I think our only shot is the old fashioned way.

There's a chance Muckfoot and ZP WERE both Lovers, but happened to be killed at the same time anyways. Perhaps Used really was Cupid, just didn't make himself a lover.

I think we can rule Tarvu out as one...that's just putting a target on your head outting yourself as the Seer. We can rule Dex and myself out as well: one is the witch, one the wolf.

Right now it's 7 alive: 5 human, 2 wolves (presumed)
River killed and Tarvu is right + Wolf kill tonight: 4 / 1
Hang the wrong person tomorrow: 3 / 1
Wolf kill: 2 / 1

So the only way for the wolf to win is for us to kill the wrong person tomorrow and them to get the lovers on one of the nights.
