I do the same thing! I often go out in just a hoodie or short sleeved shirt at times in the winter.

And yeah, I'm usually the exact opposite, to where I throw on multiple jackets at the mere mention of cold weather, but when it started snowing yesterday I kinda said fuck it and stopped caring, which resulted in me dressing like this today.

Considering I live in Virginia, 'a lot of snow' to the majority of my town is considered laughable by others. We got maybe two inches, which was enough for me to drive by 18 different car accidents on the way to a friend's house last night. >.>
