Going to try and make hot and sour soup soon so I stop buying hot and sour soup every week, because poor (though I found a decent one for $5).

ramen is usually a pork based meal,

but one time a chef made a pop up shop here in LA with beef inspired ramen.

it was hella good and I really miss it, the oxtail ramen and tongue ramen were delicious.

Good news for you tho!!! he's opened up shop in SF so definitely check it out when u get time!!
