Way too lazy to read 41 pages of Jim love/hate, so I'll just skip it and post my own opinion.

Jim is actually what attracted me to this site in the first place. Somebody linked me to one of his articles, and it was super refreshing to read a news piece that was actually brutally honest, rather than a puff piece that looked like it was written by someone devoid of a personality at a PR company. I found he actually shared a lot in common with another site I'm a big fan of (Screwattack). Yeah, I don't necessarily agree with everything he writes, and he can be pretty harsh at times, but it's easy to see it's out of love of gaming, and not from any particular venom towards *insert game genre/console/company here*. And I may not agree with everything he writes, but does anybody out there agree with everything someone says? I didn't think so.

Anyways, I later discovered all the writers here are not afraid to inject a little personality and honesty into their articles, and that pretty much sold me on Dtoid. It's now my primary source of gaming news. I still read some other gaming sites, but not with anything remotely approaching how often I read Destructoid.

So thanks for that Jim. Don't ever change.
