Holy shit, new trailer with the release date!

September 18 can't come soon enough. Who will y'all be playing as. I think I'll probably go with either Axton or Zero. I was Mordecai in the first game and Zero seems to be pretty similar.

Now I need to decide which system to get it on. I played the first on the PS3, but now that I have a 360 I'm tempted to get it on that instead since my friends play there more.

Same here. I think Gearbox is aware that a lot of game trailers lately are using dubstep, so they decided to do it and mock themselves for doing it at the same time, especially with the "more Wub Wub" line. I seriously LOL'd.

Their marketing team are geniuses. I'm wondering who they picked for the live-action Lilith, I remember the casting call.

I remember watching a video about that. I think it was some model from...I want to say Australia? I just remember her being really pretty, obviously, but I think she was also a fan of the first game.

Edit: Found it. Her name is Yasemin Arslan and she is Australian. Also, the original Guardian Angel will be in the game as well.

So you don't live together? Because there's split screen. The trailer showed it.

The only reason I watched the trailer is because of the people bitching about dubstep.

I enjoyed the gameplay of Borderlands. My only problem was the atmosphere of the game. It really needed more characters around you. The story also felt pretty vague.

I rolled with Roland so of course I'll roll with Axton this time around.

Lol, we've lived together for 7 years now

Having 2 TV's and 2 PS3's is much better! Unless you can play split screen and STILL go online...we bought 2 versions of #1 so we could both play online with friends....

I think you can do that so long as the other person isn't playing split screen.

Wait, so I can play split-screen at home with someone while we play with two other players online who aren't playing split-screen?

I think that's how it works. I think Anthony Burch explained it in some interview, but I'm too lazy to look it up.
