Impossible or close to it. Enemy levels cap at 34 or something I believe.

I didn't finish Borderlands and I didn't like it very much. I really want to see what Anthony wrote for this game.

I feel like the story and writing for borderlands 2 is way better, personally I didn't care much/pay attention much to the story of borderlands 1, but I've been enjoying the little parts of borderlands 2. Maybe some of that is that pretty much everything is voiced in borderlands 2 where it really wasn't voiced at all in borderlands 1(and there were long descriptions that were easily skipped iirc). Although maybe it's just because anthony burch is working on the game.

Have they allowed you to reset the game again after UVHM? That'd be handy once you are full level to get equivalent levelled item rewards to match your character's level, or is it still one shot normal > VHM > UVHM?

I read that UVHM allows you to replay quests that you've completed in order to re-roll the loot, but I haven't tried it myself.

You theoretically could, but it would take stupidly long to do. You start getting 1 XP for killing enemies when you're only a few levels above them. Even if you did that, the drops the first time through would scale to the enemies' level, so that wouldn't solve your problem. It only ups the enemies once you defeat the Warrior on TVHM, or enter UVHM.
