Microsoft really are pieces of shit. I really do blame Sony. If they hadn't been so internet backwards and cost-arrogant about their shit they could have easily made a better system at a better price and buried the MS beast. But no, they had to keep tripping over their own stupidity for 90% of the generation.

They had to wait a whole day before they could get Raam's Taint or whatever

I don't remember ever having a problem with Gears 3's pass. But you're right, the pass wasn't worth it. Raam's shit was just that.

EDIT: The new maps are now downloadable but there's a new problem, all the new cheevos only appear offline, if you unlock them now you'd have to redownload your profile when xbox.com shows them and unlock them again for them to count.

So why can't M$ ever do anything right

edit2: now they're up online so I'm free to get them now!

I literally just got 120g from one match, the man cannon achievements are glitched because I killed a guy while I was in the air with a melee when he was in a healing bubble. Gave me two cheevos for that. Before that I found an unsuspecting enemy mantis shooting at fools so I boarded it and planted a nade. Got two cheevos for that too.

It seems people have been able to download the map pack without owning it. It might be that specialisations code enables people to get the season pass version. I am downloading it now and will check I guess.

When one map pack for Reach came out, I had all but one of the achievements by the time they properly patched them in. That was annoying.
