It's Juggernaut from Halo 3. In Team Regicide the highest scoring player on each team is the king, killing them nets the team 25 points(the player gets 15 points to their personal score) while killing regular folk is 10 points, first to 650 points win. If the current king lives for over 30 seconds they get an overshield.

There are Ordance drops on the map, no personal ones though.
