Why would I be joking? I get every form of digital entertainment for free, even cable with every movie channel. The dude was saying pirates make excuses and i'm here saying not I sir. If i can get it for free I am.

You are making excuses for your piracy. You're still trying to provide legitimacy for illegally downloading games at the cost of nothing.

2. I've been playing MvsC3 for a week now and you losers are still waiting to pick up your copy for 60 bucks, what a bunch of suckers! Kill zone 3? Ya i got it. Do you? NO.

3. This is a crappy world my friends and nobody has the money to spend on this stuff. ... It's the fact that they made a 3 hours game and gonna charge 60 bucks for it. Me I got sick of it and is why i do what i do to this day.

4. DO you think pirates is way they shut down development teams after they make a game? No sir!

5. Besides most of the people that hate on pirates are the people that don't know how to do it....Fact!

Ninety percent of your post could be prefixed with the phrase "Yes I'm a pirate and that's because...". It's the exact same stuff in the comments to Jim's video.

I haven't heard the "you just don't pirate because you don't know how to" argument before. That one is even more laughable than the others. It's true; I don't know how to pirate games, but the cause and effect is backwards. I don't know how because I don't care to know how. If I wanted to learn, I'm pretty sure there's a gigantic, free database of information that could guide me. Something about Internets.

Those two points appeal to emotion rather than reason, sure, but as we all know such things work on message boards almost as well as they do in discussions about religion or politics.

To be fair, though... Whenever I pirate a game that is damn awesome, I always buy it. I own every Phoenix Wright game despite having them all downloaded onto my R4.
