Finally unlocked some decent guns. They apparently make a huge difference, as now I get multi-kills regularly instead of going 1 for 1. Gotta start fixing my K/D, but my W/L is good thanks to my teammates.

Honestly, K/D doesn't mean shit in Battlefield. It's all about those objectives, man.

Yea, your K/D is the absolute last thing you should be worried about in Battlefield.

If anyone plays Battlefield for the K/D they're doing it wrong.

I was being sarcastic. I know objective games all too well, and I hate the K/D guys. Even in Halo/Gears my k/d in objective gametypes is ass, but my W/L is top tier. Speaking of, I was at 3.0 W/L then fucked around by myself(on a team of K/D guys no less, I was the only one trying to arm shit ALLMYRAGE.jpg) and got knocked all the way down to 2.0. Only 30 matches so far though, so it's bound to fluctuate a bit before I get a set one.

I'm still shocked at how big a difference the guns you unlock make.

Yea, the guns you start to unlock make a world of difference and the win/loss ratio always fluctuates. After 378 hours played i'm currently sitting at a 1.25 W/L ratio.

I hate playing with randoms because I hate to see my wins go down, I love playing with the regular Dtoid crew however because we typically don't lose. Unless we're teamed up with a bunch of K/D glory hounds..

After so many matches it won't fluctuate unless you have a big spike in wins or losses. Due to the high number of games played, it ends up taking a lot of wins/losses to effect the number even by a decimal point.

And randoms do suck ass. 99% of my losses have come from playing with them.

My W/L is decent, my KDR is Decent (1.85) and my Score/Min is decent....but it comes down to your squad more than anything. Some teams are horrible and a good squad can make an entire game while the smurfs sit back and snipe...

I play the objective and my class but I do enjoy keeping my KDR up but I don't quit if I have a shitty round.



Fuck Recon, I don't even have the MAV unlocked yet, lol. I am going to work on that sometime soon though but I won't if I play with randoms, need my squad with me.
