That's where we got stuck at when we quit for awhile. The first part is super easy but when you're sniping the people in the bus, it goes from "wait" to "shoot the bad guys" and then you're stuck looking at the people in the bus, unable to tell which ones are terrorists and which are hostages.
Yeah. They do a shit job of identifying them. Me and Trev just sat there shooting hostages.
I thought it was a bus full of terrorists, some kind of Jihadpalooza.
The first time we got there the guys on the street go "wait" and I said "I WAIT FOR NO MAN" and started shooting people.
First guy I shot was a hostage.
Next time I was like "OK...I'll wait."
Shot a hostage.
Whatever happened to the concept of "collateral damage"?
P90 isnt as strong as I hoped. F2000 is great (yay service rifle of my [modern incarnation] ancestral home land!). 44 magnum is already in my top ten of kills.
I love the F2000, it's my second highest "kills" gun. May have to go back to using it.
I had a good time playing with you guys last night. Let's do this again.
You'll be happy to hear that I boosted my K/D ratio from 0.15 to 0.233 - progress!

Last night was fucking fun.
Except for when I spawned on someone and then ScottyG immediately took my dog tags.
And when ScottyG ran me down in a fucking jeep.
Actually, last night sucked.
Fucking ScottyG.

22-2 as the Tank Gunner (KC Suicide King, my bass player was driving).
Defending.
Might I point out that on that map, the defenders don't GET a tank.

EA getting sued for a cease/desist of these aircraft in BF3:
by Textron (parent company of Bell Helicopter).
My question is why? Why now? Why BF3 suddenly? After these machines have been in countless other games? Is
it because of FrostBite2's fidelity that gives them such a real world likeness? Fuck you Textron. As if your military
contracts weren't paying you enough.
I would totally laugh my ass of if they want them gone because they think some other company might be able
to ascertain their designs from the video game models.
Wait, they didn't license them...?
That's just asking for trouble.
Royalties from a huge profit maker, no doubt. People don't sue, until there's money to plunder. So, I suppose, it depends if they signed off on the likeness, expecting a pittance (a lack of foresight on their part) or if DICE made adjustments to the designs (enough not to pay, which is usually the case). I'll wait until who says what, though. It's too vague to point fingers.
Wait, I just thought about that---that would be stupid because even before BF3, there are hundreds
of YouTube videos Discovery/Miitary/Science channel docs on so many of these aircraft and documents
online, that a 'design' could've been ascertained.
I'm now waiting to hear/read more word on this because I want to know what Textron is after, or wanting
to keep for themselves on this. I know it ain't money. Any royalties they'd be getting if they were licensed in
the first place would be pennies compared to the major contracts they already have.
DICE can just add a light here a dial there and boom, new chopper.
I imagine the likeness includes the shape of the airframe, it's silhouette, aswell so that might not work.
Plus if they change it too much it's going to negate the point of BF3 being realistic.
