lol, I gave up writing. I was good at it, but like you, i got in trouble. I was infamous in 6th and 7th grade for my descriptive but shitty grammar sex stories about Chrono Cross and Final Fantasy. My teacher caught me writing one and I got suspended for 3 days for sharing it with other students and they sent me to therapy think I had been traumatized by sex.

I guess it's our own fault for not being more discrete or at least getting a LOCK for our journals.

Oh, and my painted wood is very close to being something I'm gonna be comfortable showing y'all. I'm getting decent at it; I'm not really used to working with my hands. I usually do things digitally.

I'm also working on finding more sexual innuendo to fit into my work.
I would begin at the phrase "Painted Wood"

Because..when you read it you will get a boner.
And when the thought that a 13 year old wrote it crosses your mind, you will feel dirty and call the cops on yourself.

I had an elephant in the original series, but it got discontinued cuz it wasn't up to the correct cuteness ratio. Maybe someday it will make a comeback.

Also, Daaaaawwwwwww at cute baby in beanie.

I think I can restrain myself. The sheer comedic value alone is worth it.

I didn't have much of a budget for my wedding, so I decided to make my own bridesmaid gifts. My husband has four little sisters, I had three of them as my bridesmaids (the youngest was our flower girl) and two of my friends. I painted some wine glasses with their portraits. They didn't come out as clean as I wanted, but it's hard to keep an image clean when you have to repaint/redraw it for 3-4 coats.

Drawn with a sharpie, the rubbing alcohol was to rub off mistakes...

    All the glasses.

Thanks, it's just Sharpie and acrylic. Baking them is supposed to keep the paint from coming off, but who knows if it actually works.

I got bored this morning and decided to doodle, and I ended up with this. I like drawing, I just kind of hit...a writer's block I guess. Don't really feel inspired to draw much other than the wieners I've been sketching onto my husband's mail (for the lulz).

I like messing with graphic-designy stuff, too, but I don't really delve into the "special effects" in Photoshop. I like clean colors and patterns and I usually just stop there. I'm trying to get back into writing, too.

Print off pictures that you think look cool, and try to free-hand draw a similar image. Eventually you'll be able to incorporate what you've drawn into your own ideas. I found it to be a lot better practice than reading "how-to-draw" books.

Edit: Just finished this. Penguin came out crap, but I'm happy with my bear.
