My cousin has always been great at drawing, and I hung out with him a lot when I was younger. So my drawing skills never got any better, because I had more fun just watchin him draw.

This is the only drawing I've done in the last 10 years or so. Made it for a kid at the elementary school I was working at one year.

The sand is a really easy trick with the frosted glass tool in paint.net. The dog is a simurgh. They're actually nice but I cheated and made it all mean.
