I heard Gimp is an amazing tool and mimics photoshop. Completely free as well!
I made this as I took a work break and then I realized it wasn't the same size as the edited one you posted so it's of no use, lol.

It would automatically blow up in size to fit the page. I like the sleeker look, so I stretch the image out before uploading it.
I hadn't even thought about using cursive font, that's hilarious Mix. The juxtaposition is ripe. Though I still like turning down the brightness, to make the shadows in the background and over Ving Rhames' eyes heavier.
