Or you could get a PC.

I'm considering doing that anyway. Steam sales and shit.

That's not a bad idea. Obviously I have a PC now but yeah, it could use a few upgrades.

Yeah, honestly as of right now, I have no love for consoles. If I actually played things other than LoL, I'd be looking into things.

It's a really good movie. The soundtrack is outstanding Drive - original soundtrack and there are a lot of very artistic shot in it. It's like an art film that also has a guy beating people's heads in with his boot. Best of both worlds. If you go into it looking for a modern dude action movie you'll probably be disappointed.

Do it! The initial investment is more, but you'll save a crapload on buying games! I never spend more than 20 bucks on a game. Sure, I play stuff 6 months after it comes out, but so what? It's new to me!

Oh, the other advantage is that I never trade anything in, so I save money AND I have hundreds of games in my steam account, which I can play whenever I want to. I could stop buying games and still play new things in 5 years.

I would always just rather chill on a couch or in bed to play games. sitting at a desk doesnt do it for me.

Pretty sure most HDTVs come with PC inputs now. Mine doesn't but it was produced before the feature had become standard.

Yeah, and you can just get a controller for the PC too. It's the same, really.

The wired 360 controller has pretty much become the standard PC controller, so much so that a lot of games automatically detect it once it's plugged in.

Also, a lot of video cards come with HDMI outputs these days too, allowing you another way to hook them up to a TV. Wireless keyboards and mice are also rather inexpensive these days.

Seriously, living room PCs are dope.

Kinda wishing I hadn't bought a Wii U and would have instead put that $350 toward a new PC, because yeah, I'm thinking that's where my future lies.

At this point, the only thing tying my to my consoles are the exclusives that I still like (which consists of Halo and Gears on Xbox and Killzone on PS3), and that's barely enough to keep me interested.

Who knows, though. Maybe Sony will blow me out of the water on the 20th and I'll be a console fan all over again...

Not likely. I do miss Halo, but I still have my ps3. When I can get another 360 for $100 in a few years, I'll finally buy 4. Only game I've truly missed since that thing died. The ole ps3 has kept me good. But moving to PC. So much I've missed and been able to get for dirt cheap.

Now, to get back on track:

KISS made better superheroes than musicians

...and Peter Criss had the best make-up. Seriously. People still don't know what he really looked like.
