On the front page Hamza details his experience with the new MOH and its ability to let you play as Al- Qaeda.
Well, you can read his thoughts on the front page, but I wondered what everyone who does not visit the front page think about ?

Well, it's his opinion. I agree that it's tasteless to let you play as the real deal terrorist organization. But I wasn't planning on playing this game anyway, not for political reasons I just never cared for the MOH series.
I will give it a rent, but I am burned out by all the FPS that are coming down the pipe. It just struck me as interesting cause of the current position the USA in and what not.
I agree it's very interesting. I'm actually glad to see Hamza come out and say that, on the front page no less. I expect he'll get flack from the supposed "politically-correct and tolerant" types. I may gamefly the game, but like you, I'm sick of FPS.
That's a very interesting gameplay choice, and I look forward to reading his thoughts on it.
That said, I'll reserve my judgement until I've played it myself in context with the entire game...similar to the harsh criticism of the "No Russian" level in MW2.
Short summary of the article:
Hamza sees you can play as terrorist organization Al-Queda.
Hamza says NIGGA NO.
It would feel a little ridiculous to take part in playing that game.
Isn't it just multiplayer you play as the terrorists? I mean yeah, it's still in bad taste but it's not glorifying them in anyway afaik.
As A Scotch-Korean-Irish-Mexican-Native American, I could totally find reasons to not play a lot of games, but eh.
Yeah, I'm Irish/Native American, so I could too, but I see his point. It just hits home for him, and he doesn't want to associate with it at all.
This will sure get some controversy but did they go too far? I don't think they did. What's wrong with simply playing as the other side on a multiplayer game?
I guess there is nothing really "wrong" about it, but it will be considered tasteless by many, many people. I agree it's tasteless too, but I'm not going to boycott or do anything like that. I just won't support the game myself, which is easy because I wasn't planning to anyway.
Cherokee-Choctaw. Indian outlaw. lol
I'm Cherokee too bro! WOOOOOOOO POWWOW IN THIS MOFO
Well I wasn't going to get the game anyway. I don't see why I should buy it because I already have battlefield bad company 2.
I just find it kinda funny.

Native American / German, so I can call bullshit on a bunch of games.
RDR IS OFFENSIVE!
See?
You can see how Native American my mom is, it's really obvious on her side of the family;
Me? Not so obvious lol
I can see how he would be mad but it is just a game in my opinion. He chooses not to buy it. Didn't the same thing happen in MW2?
What are the smoke signals to say "I don't care about playing the latest entry of a shit franchise in a gaming genre that's completely boring and out of fresh ideas."
Oh, wait. I forgot.... This story needs to be told....by a video game...![]()
