have any overhead press tips? 115 was pretty difficult for me, i figure i need to start supplementing some other workouts for shoulders and triceps if i'm going to keep progressing there

Have you tried push press? Sometimes I forego strict press and do those instead.

I prefer behind-the-neck, but you can do it in the front as well. You're just using leg-power over straight upper-body pressing power. I also sometimes do single-arm dumbbell presses overhead. Working up to 100+lb dumbbells for each arm and you'll have some good carry-over. Or you can just try standing overhead dumbbell press using both arms like you would with a bar.

Then there's always the "man-up" rule. May have just been a shitty day to overhead press and you'll get it easier next time.

Nice dude. Looks like 115 wasn't bothering you today.

Check out this dude, Mike Huhns. Squats 556(no wraps) at a bodyweight of 148lbs. That's a world record.

Oh, and he also happens to have dwarfism. I can only imagine how extra challenging that makes things. Fucking bad ass.

Do you ever do heavy pendlay rows? Doing that will help you with your overhead pressing.

i was doing them mixed in with my cleans, i'd do 3 cleans then do 3 rows, rest, repeat, but that shit was tiring and i couldn't keep up on the rows

Just work them in and alternate between pendlays/power cleans on different days IMO(PC 1 day, rows the next time). A strong as fuck back helps in all your pressing, overhead and bench.

I ran last night for 20 mins and burned almost 300 cals on the Arc machine. Used to do 320-340 in the same amount of time but I guess that is what 2 weeks off does to a guy.

I mean, I easily lose something like fifteen pounds in sperm everyday, plus all the calories I'm totally burning whilst doing all that tugging. Why am I not a supermodel yet?

Oh yeah, when you got your hair cut?

    OHHHHHHHHHH SNAP

...and now that I put that sick burn on Brother Levi (lol), I have a confession to make. I haven't been to the gym all week. Long story short, I had a sad after my Batman movie got all fucked up. No excuse, of course. Just an explanation.

How many calories are there in a spermatozoa?

Edit- I'm biased and all, but I think my masturbation joke was funnier.
