Because Gears 1 has "host powers" so it's better that someone who doesn't play that often has it.

Sort of how when you hosted the private games in Gears 3, but stronger.

You'll want to choose the "create/ host a player match". Also, set it to Execution, 6 rounds, 3 min rounds, friendly fire off. . Don't worry about map cycle, we can get into that another time.
