Haha, great episode guys. You answered both my questions, which was rad. The thing about SF1, though, I wasn't trying to be a smart ass. I'm not even a huge fan of Capcom. I had been talking about how I used to play it in the arcade, and how I had really fond memories of it even though it was shit compared to 2. I'm not even really sure why Seth was paying attention, and I wasn't holding it against him at all because he was totally shit faced. Like using a straw to blow bubbles in his pasta wasted. It was more of a thing about the other people not believing me.
So yeah, thanks for asking that, and the Dead Rising 2 question about the timer. Can't wait till next time.![]()
This is one of the best podcasts I have ever listened to! Seth Killian is THE MAN! Good job hammering him as any true Capcom fan would Holmes. It really is good to see that the divide between Capcom and their fans isn't as big as people think it is.
I have nothing to add, just seconding that Seth is awesome. More game companies need a Seth Killian.
Is it just me or did Seth Killian sound a lot like Brad Nicolson?
Zombie wizards. Secret zombie wizards.
So, I hear that Topher kinda likes Rival Schools.
And Puzzle Fighter.
I wonder if mentioning both in the same topic will mean he'll rear his head?
Wow, I was really surprised by how cool Seth Killian was. For better or worse, I usually expect these guys from companies to be kind of douchey. He was cool as hell though, and it was an excellent interview that was fun to listen to.
I really enjoyed this one, both because I'm an avid Topher fan and Seth was a great guest. I didn't even realize it until the end, but this was the first one that pretty much ran all the way through with no awkward transitions or topic changes and I just prefer that format. Some of what I consider the "best" moments in podcasts are the inbetween parts that I always feel like end up on the cutting room floor of typical Bit Transmission episodes.
