Thanks for the condolences guys, this really is a good community of people down here.

Things went well today, surprisingly. I was nervous that our families would act immature and that the whole even would be an embarrassment, but everything went surprisingly well.

Why, are they usually like that? Also my condolences. Losing elders sucks.

Ummm....on my mother's side, yes. As soon as they moved my grandfather into a nursing home my aunt, my uncle and their kids ravaged the house for things - they even made off with his vehicles. They're a bunch of vultures. I don't have a lot a lot of respect for them...

Doesn't sound like they deserve respect.

Panic attacks are awful. Been having them more recently as well. I'm there with you man.

    Xanax is a wonderful thing.

Thanks, guys. Work and stress and lack of sleep and my usual levels of depression make for some fun times hiding in the bathroom stall for an hour or so.

Lack of sleep is a killer. I know how much sleep means to me and I don't always get enough. Like right now. Should be sleeping. Can't stop reading posts.

you should put the travel case on your nightstand so it's the first thing you see the next morning and you won't forget to refill it.

I take a backpack with me to work every day, I just forgot to throw a few pills in there. A good night of sleep tonight and I should be right as rain.

Working out, watching something funny or heartwarming, and spending time actually loving myself. If there is no love for yourself and you don't take care of yourself, thinking about others before you... it can actually destroy you. Selflessness can be a form of self-avoidance.

Also, just being around friends that care about you and that you're super comfortable with helps. Laughter is the best medicine
