Depression Thread - What takes you out of the dumps and what's been bugging you?

My cat George died pretty damn suddenly, he was very old but it only took a few weeks of illness and they had to put him down. He was such an awesome cat, the kind that would follow you room to room because he actually liked hanging out with his human owners all the time.

Our cat that we adopted at like 4 months old (a rescue kitty) got really sick after we had him for 10 months and I wanted to make sure that we couldn't save him before putting him down.

One day of tests to find out my cat has FIP (100% death in young cats) and the cost of putting the cat down = $1,100....I cried like a little boy. He couldn't eat, couldn't pee, could barely breath....Jack was awesome.

Had a two week break from work, returned yesterday and feel like crap. Feels like I've had no rest at all and I must've lounged around far too much because my back is hurting like all hell from being back in my office chair.
