Ah cool. Might try and check it in the cinema before I leave this weekend.
That trailer for World War Z pisses me off. "Hey, I got an idea. Let's buy a license from the guy who A) wrote an entire book about zombies work and how to survive them and B) wrote another book that was an anthology story about a global zombie outbreak. Let's take that concept, and boil it down to one guy saving the world from fast CGI zombies. Then, we'll give it to the guy who directed Quantum of Solace" Fucking stupid. Am I the only one who remembers the entire chapter in the Zombie Survival Guide about how fast-zombies as a concept is just stupid and that only Romero zombies are cool? Ugh. I look forward to watching that.
Also, yeah, that CGI work is awful and the trailer music is the epitome of obnoxious.
Watched Skyfall , i enjoyed it, didn't like the last scene but it's worth watching.
Spoiler: Bond's name is James
So World War Z is Left 4 Dead family version?
World War Z could be awesome, but tidal wave thing with the zombies could be really hokey.
Also, the inception-ey music was a bad choice for the trailer.
I hope something better releases along it, else i'll end up with popcorn in a cinema watching this only!
Nightmare on Elmstreet 5.
It was better than I expected, and the effects were pretty decent but generally the plot didn't make a whole lot of sense and it felt like they shoe-horned in a whole bunch of ideas to keep it fresh that didn't really work all too well.
Spoiler!
Watchable though.
I remember gathering a bunch of friends on high school, once per week, we would go to my house and watch a Nightmare on Elmstreet movie. Those we're fun times.
The movies are watchable as well as laughable and they are good to watch with friends arround
Skyfall is a really good movie.
Nice. I started the first one right when they were setting up the traps around the camp. Once I realized the second one was next I knew what I was doing for the rest of the night.
Lincoln looks boring as shit, but I'll watch for Daniel.
Lincoln looks rad, but the mighty DDL is a definite strong factor in that. We'll see if I end up deciding to see Skyfall, and having no familiarity with it I have no idea what to think about Cloud Atlas.
