Captain America is seen by many as one of the best of the Marvel movies. Green Lantern sucked, Ghost Rider sucked. You're in comic nerd territory.

I thought Captain America sucked, too.

Only good parts of Ghost Rider were Sam Elliot and Peter Fonda.

Also, cool re-imagining of more modern movies if they were filmed in yesteryear.

I've yet to see Rushmore, but that looks brilliant. The Hangover and Trainspotting re-imaginings also sound awesome. And then all da Lang, woop.

Ghost Rider 2 was better than the first. It still sucked.

I didn't like JCVD, it just didn't work for me as a whole. I did like that monologue that was mentioned, but overall it didn't live up to what it was billed as.

The only explanations to this are
    1. You havent seen them both
    2. You have forgotten the first one.
    3. You are high!

The first one is REALLY REALLY bad, I don't see how the second could be worse.

Watched 'The Long Goodbye' tonight since Stevil has mentioned it multiple times.

    My initial thoughts:

    • Spike Spiegel is totally based in part on Elliot Gould's Philip Marlowe.
    • Marlowe has the best neighbors ever.
    • Look! Arnold Schwarzenegger!!
    • '70s California < '70s New York
    • I really like that ending.

    Good flick.

Ghost Rider 2: Spirit of Vengeance

It's about a thousand times better than the first one. That's not saying a lot, it's still far from being what you would call a "good" movie and is about on par with the pre-Iron Man Marvel movies and probably the worst of the Marvel Knights films (debatable between this and Punisher War Zone) but a step in the right direction.

As part of my now ongoing efforts to prove Vj is Mark Steven Johnson, I'm now going to express my distaste for the Daredevil movie.

I need to find more films that have that older English cast. Judi Dench, Celia Imrie, Julie Walters, Bill Nighy ect. Sort of Calender Girls meets Exotic Marigold Hotel feel. Them films are for the good feels.

I have no desire to watch either Ghost Rider movie. I didn't even know a second existed. That's how much of a shit I give about it.

Ready to see Dark Knight rises again in theaters and kind of want to see Savages and The new Bourne movie.

Is Peter Fonda in the Ghost Rider sequel? He was one of the best parts of the first one. Him and Cage, of course. The actual superhero parts sucked but those two were great.

nope, its a new (stupider) story this time & he is not par of it.
    Moving past this,
has anyone seen "The Loved Ones"?
A friend recommended me but i dont want to watch a movie that would end up like "An American Crime".
At least it should have an ending where the suffering is taken revenge of.
    So anyone seen it?
