Sound just fine to me.
The Dictator was fine.. Maybe i shouldn't have kept my expectations so high from it :/
Watched The Expendables today...well yeah anyway.
And The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, which was lovely.
The Expendables was fucking amazing and did everything it set out to do.
Re-watching Goon because I was bored and it's still in my video library. Such a great movie. So corny and cheesy throughout but very heartwarming and hilarious all over as well.
It was actually very interesting having just recently seen American Reunion (with Sean William Scott going back to the Stifler character) to see how much he's grown and proven himself as an actor. He's had great roles before (The Promotion stands out as another highlight) but man.
Goon is just great. Go watch it.
It was all just poorly written, hilarious for the wrong reasons and the action scenes were fun to watch. Slys face got more melted as it went on. Poor Charisma Carpenter is wasted...in general.

I was so hyped for the expendables and so let down when I watched it. I knew it was supposed to be a big dumb fun action movie but it really wasn't. It was just boring imo.
The A Team was pretty great because of how tongue in cheek the whole thing was, though I think The Losers did a better job at the style it was going for.
Plus The Losers didn't have straight-edge BA Baracus. That was weird.
I'm in the "The Expendables was terrible" camp. It could and should have been so much better, but it was way less than the sum of its parts. I'm hoping the second one fixes things and is worthy of the hype the first movie received.
Yeah the losers was pretty good too.
But the crazy ass action sequences in A-Team (Run into the asylum with a MUV, fly a tank etc.), now those things made a great impact
The Expendables was pretty much trash. Cheesy, overused one-liners (but not cheesy enough to be funny) and sub par action sequences. Its only upside was Terry Crews at the end.
Speaking of action movies, Just saw The Raid Redemption. I was impressed. The plot was simple and the action scenes were legit. A lot of CQC with knives and other weapons. Can't beat that. A lot of the fighting reminded me of the hammer scene in Old Boy. I recommend it.
I have The Raid Redemption, haven't watched it yet. Probably gonna do that tomorrow.
I think I might watch the second Ghost Rider movie tonight because I'm in the mood for something that is probably going to be amazingly horrible.
Seriously, I'm going to. So hard.
Marvel Knights. The version I have is cropped like crazy but I don't really care so whatever. Weird aspect ratio GO. Ghost Rider...go.
The only part of that movie I liked was a quick cut-away gag showing how Idris Elba survived the opening of the flick. It was pretty funny and was the only part that really seemed to have that trademark Neveldine/Taylor vibe I like so much in the Crank movies. You'll likely know what I'm talking about when you see it, Clown.
Ghost Rider 2 is like Crank meets Disaster Movie.
I was amazed at how fucking bad someone can make a movie whose sequel was so fresh.
