I'm just grinding and repairing shit. I've only beat the Phalanx. Played a bit more of the area beyond that. Took a break and fucked with the mudmen. Then went to Latria and got raped by Mindflayers.

Wear the thief's ring. Get as close as you can and run in for a backstab. If they see you, wait for the paralysis spell and roll past it (it won't hit you if you're rolling). Just watch out for the AoE soundwave. If they lift their lanterns, roll away.
Cling Ring. Yeah, there are some invulnerability frames when you roll.
+5 Save vs Spell when rolling.
Just got a first-gen PS3 and picked up Katamari Forever. It's definitely more of the same, but I'm still totally hooked anyway.
Hey sorry guys I haven't been on the forums for a while, is there a Dota 2 group or anything like that happening? I see no Dota 2 thread
Sniper Ghost Warrior, oh man, such a disappointment -__-
I usually am a sniper in FPS games, so i had high hopes from this game that focuses on Sniping, and WTF, with all that grass, all you see is grass :|
Uninstalled within 2 missions :/
Took up COD Black Ops on 3rd difficulty level (Hard i guess), now this is some kick-ass FPS
Played 5-6 missions in a go!
It's good, more of the same really but to complete the game to it's maximum you have to buy the DLC which is 80 points for each cousin's level.
Giving SWTOR a go at the moment.
Started The Witcher 1 on PC. I'd like to like it, only made it 90 minutes in (so you know, an hour+ of storytelling and 30 minutes of waiting for the mouse to become a flaming sword). Pretty bored so far, mostly because of the combat.
Max Payne 3 and I'm really enjoying it. The voice acting is good yet again and the writing is pretty damn good so far, it's funny and fun.
It might be worth it if you can find it cheap, but it's the weakest in the series. Like Edd said, there's on-disc content that's hidden behind DLC. If you already have the other ones, it's not essential.
On an unrelated note, I've been playing the hell out of Sushi Castle. It's a Binding of Isaac clone, and a pretty decent one for just 80 MSP. It can be frustrating as hell but I'm having a great time with it. My experience has been pretty different every time I've played. Any game that lets me run around in a Mario costume with a vomiting panda as a weapon is fine by me.

That's good to know. If I see it for maybe $15 or less I might get just so she can have some new Katamari levels to play. It would actually be interesting for me to see because I don't think she's ever played a game using the 360 controller outside of using it for Netflix. I only got a 360 a few months ago, so she's only used to using the PS3 controller.
I emulated Dungeon Explorer for the Sega CD to see if it's worth the $15 price tag. It is so hard to put my controller down. It's like the original Gauntlet, on crack. More classes, more levels, and the soundtrack is just fucking killer.
Listen to this, and it's only the first dungeon.
I need to scrounge up some cash to buy this baby from eBay fast!
Went to a NARP Saturday night and the host had downloaded Sound Shapes for us to try out. Became immediately hooked and bought it the next day. So much fun!
