Keep in mind that I'm only three episodes into Season 2, but...

I'm not sure about Homeland going 3+ seasons. I'm not saying that I wouldn't be excited and eager to watch it, because I would be lieing, but I feel like the show would have to hit a hard reset to go a whole lot longer, as opposed to keeping Brody and Nazir as major elements of the plot. And then how do they handle Carrie?

Episode 5 twists the formula enough to keep things fresh, but as for Season 3, I have no idea where they'll take it. We still have the mole plot, so I expect that'll pop back up in the finale.

It's not Saul, but I wouldn't be suprised if he was murdered by the mole.

I actually liked the 2 episodes, it's fun and entertaining, it will never be on par with the main series, but if you keep your expectations low you might come out satisfied

The general decline began mid-season 3. Late Season 3 was great, though.

Season 2 was the best, despite a few episodes that were filler-y. Some of season 1 feels a bit campy, but it's second best.

Flight of the Pheonix is one of the best episodes of television ever.

Getting back into X-Files. Watched the first season loved it. Then took a break and moved across the country, Girl I was sleeping with before I left didn't like it so I didn't get to watch much. I forgot how awesome this show was.
