Yes.
My advice is to finish the show. You don't have to watch it all in a week, because if nothing else, you'll get to watch some amazing moments. If you get tired of it, put the next episode off for a few days. That said, Season 3 starts off pretty eventfully. A lot of the show is paced somewhat slow, because it likes to drool with tension, and it creates a fun wait-and payoff dynamic. And we spend a lot of time with the characters before and during their dealing with all the concequences.
I just really like Season 1. I appreciate Season 2 more in retrospect than I did when I first watched it, but I think the whole mis-adventures of Jesse and Walt thing gets a little tired. And the ending, while amazing, is pretty much Deus Ex Machina, or something really close to it.
My three favorite seasons of any shows, are Season 3 and 4 of Breaking Bad, and Season 5 of The Shield.
Imma finish it xD
This season of Breaking Bad is going so good. "I'm in the Empire Business" seems like the perfect quote for Walt in this part of the series.
Watched all 8 seasons of Scrubs and I have to say it is an amazing tv series. It has good humor, but at the same time some of the episodes have pretty good depth(my screw up has to be one of the best episodes). And the series ended so well.
Firefly and serenity were pretty good too.
Agreed on all counts, GAA. That episode of Scrubs especially is one I still think about from time to time. That whole ending with "Where do you think we are?" and Cox coming back to reality just gets ya.
Good to see you down here in the basement, too.
Got through Season 1 of Breaking Bad and partway through Season 2 (not a whole lot to do on Mondays when I wake up early and don't go in until 2AM...)
Good show. Starts off rather slow so I can see why a lot of people might give up on it early but it's definitely finding itself better in Season 2 already. Not that it was bad, it just had a lot of set-up which led to a lot of episodes where nothing happened.
I need to rewatch season one again, it's been so long.Spoiler!
I just bought season 4 of Breaking Bad last night and will be hitting it hard!
I taped Persons of Interest, last night.
I dunno, the TV spots made it kinda cool, but I have a feeling it'll take itself way too seriously and it's not very action packed at all. I was basically sold on the premise that Jim Caviezel (now looking like old Eric Roberts) talked really quietly before opening a can of whoop-ass on people, while that Ben guy from Lost hams it up as a bizarro geek and has loads of scenes with him on a phone.
Yeah, I watched the opening episode...and I really liked it.
It did exactly what I thought it would do, and the twist was pretty decent. It's basically an 80's show with a modern twist, but that's no bad thing. I still prefer the similar Burn Notice, just because Mike and co. have to improvise with their plans and gadgets, but this one has a nice paranoia/voyeurism concept going on, so I'll stick with it.
Legend of the Seeker and Once Upon a Time for the Win!
Captain Kangaroo and Clarissa Explains It All for the something or other!

Finally catching up on Season 5 of Breaking Bad. Skylar is a huge cunt. WAHHH MY HOOSBAND HAD TO DO WHUT NEEDED TO BE DONE IMMA BE A BITCH ABOUT IT.
I'm in the midst of Season 3 (first viewing) and she's already going full cunt mode. Good shit though.
I'm sure I'm not the first to think so but I keep thinking that Walt is actually Hal after divorcing Louis and all the kids grew up.
She has every right to be a "cunt" initially when she finds out about Walt's business, but when she starts playing both sides and going along with it while at the same time giving Walt shit about it she's terrible. That's when she's a complete bitch. Either wash your hands of the whole thing and let Hank know what's up, or shut your fucking mouth.
