Anyone on Dtoid play? I see a lot of Left 4 Dead threads but none for TF2. I just recently got into it and it's really a lot of fun. My current favorite class is probably the soldier. Anyone care to discuss any further? Perhaps about the future updates?

I used to play it a lot on PC and 360, then this kid who came over for a party at my apartment stole both copies. Actually I don't know if the same kid took both copies or not, either way my PC copy and my roommates 360 copy both went missing during the same party. Not happy about that at all because
1) Games are expensive and I hate when scum steal them from me.
2) Having stuff get stolen from you when you throw a party really stops parties from being thrown.

You should be able to redownload the PC version from Steam, since I'm assuming it was activated.

First of all, TF2 is awesome but I'm not very good at it, since I just got my computer fixed. Second now that I know that Dtoiders actually play I'll have to look into that, been waiting for PC FNF so I could play, turns out I won't have to.

Also how many Dtoiders actually turn up at brbu? Just out of curiosity.

I only play on weekends really (occasionally during the week but that's rare because of school) but there are Dtoiders on the brbu servers a fair amount of the time.

If you installed it on your PC, than you shouldn't have any problem downloading it from Steam. I bought Counter-Strike retail and promptly threw the box and discs out a week later when I realized I could download them at any time.

As for TF2, I suck so hard at that game that it's just not fun to play.

If its not 32 people max its much more easy to play, I play on the 24 capacity. 32 is waaaay too much and it feels crowded like crap.

I'd agree, except this one just came with an insert. Another deciding factor is that, as a renter, I need to keep my miscellaneous shit to a minimum for space economy reasons.

I was playing quite a bit before then end of this semester hit me with a shitstorm of work.

I would recommend checking out the ihavecnb TMC server sometime. It has RTD, mic spam is encouraged, and a fair chunk of the people are crazy, if you're into that sort of thing. That's the main place I play currently.

I used to only play on the No Heroes servers, but when my computer broke I lost my old free reserved slot due to inactivity and it's just not worth the wait to get into their good servers. Although if you can, the quality of play is normally not bad for a public server.
