So, my girl was sent home from work last night, because she has completely lost her voice. This turned out to be a plus for me, since she ended up coming over and hanging out with me. Watched Cabin in the Woods, and cuddled on the couch.

You know you've found someone special when you watch horror movies and cuddle. Two of my favorite things of all time.

Put down an offer on another house this past weekend. It's a little further out and a bit more expensive than what we hoped (but still within our budget), but the house is gorgeous and would need no to very little work done (that we can see, anyway). Owner sent us a counter offer and we're only making a few slight changes to counter back with. I think I'm getting close to buying a house you guys.

In other news, I'm really happy cuz I talked to my best friend from college last night over Skype. This is the guy that I originally wanted to be my Best Man, but couldn't because he had just gotten a job in Japan. It felt really good to reconnect with him.
