In that episode, where Charlie is having Dee help him out with the waitress chick in the toy store, when they point at their "little buddy" or whatever, and it cuts to the kid pointing the toy gun at the back of the other kid's head and pulls the trigger? I laughed for a solid 5 minutes.

I liked the courtroom "testimony" that Dennis had a little kid give to the sex offender to convince him to move. "He gives me drinks that make me sleepy. He puts things in my heiny. He's a tickle monster, etc." The way the kid said it all with enthusiasm and a smile was great, then the way the sex offender hesistated closing the door to wink at the kid was hilarious.
